Clients can request thier order for pick-up at the prepared food counters.
Order Timelines:
Orders for next day delivery need to be placed before 1 PM EST the day before. Deliveries can only be made between 7 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders can be picked up at McEwan Donmills location following business hours:
McEwan Don Mills
Mon – Wed: 8am – 6:00pm
Thur – Fri: 8am – 6:00pm
Sat: 8am – 6pm
Sun: 9am – 6pm
If you have a rush order or special request that falls outside of these guidelines, please contact our catering consultants at 416-444-6262 x228 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy (Daily)
50% of total order value will be charged for cancellations between 8-1 pm the day prior.
100% of total order value will be charged for any cancellations occurring the day prior after 1 pm leading up to delivery timing.
Cancellation Policy (Holiday Seasons)
We require 72 hours’ notice for any Holiday catering order cancellations or revisions. We are unable to provide refunds for last-minute cancellations and appreciate your understanding.

Delivery:
Orders can be delivered; a delivery fee will be added to your total and the fee will be based on delivery location. The delivery charge will be determined at check-out. Please allow a 1-hour window for all deliveries.
Dietary:
We are NOT a Nut-Free or Gluten-Free facility. Although we offer Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Vegan food options within our menu to accommodate dietary requirements, and we take precautions to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe for guests with severe allergies.

Prices are subject to change. Items may vary due to seasonal availability. Prices shown do not include taxes. We reserve the right to correct any errors. Major credit cards accepted: Visa®, MasterCard® and AmEx®.
