With nearly 25 years of experience in the luxury restaurant and hospitality industry, Chef Jay has demonstrated his dedication to quality by working in the events services industry. His creativity and commitment to excellence made him the perfect fit as McEwan’s new Catering Executive Chef. Chef Jay oversees all culinary operations of the McEwan Catering division.
His aspirations led him to the path of gastronomy. Far exceeding his own expectations, Jay has become one of Toronto’s most highly acclaimed super chefs by some of the city’s most sought-after restaurants. His seasonal dishes utilize classic, delectable, and innovative techniques to create dishes that are sure to delight your taste buds.
